In Deutschland werden an vielen Stellen Fachkräfte in der Pflege gesucht. Bei den Einrichtungen der Diakonie in Lippe ist dieses vor allem in der Altenpflege der Fall.
Gleichzeitig gibt es in manchen Ländern des Globalen Südens eine hohe Jugendarbeitslosigkeit und damit auch junge Menschen, die sich für die Arbeit in der Pflege in Deutschland interessieren könnten. Wir arbeiten z.B. mit der Norddeutschen Mission zusammen und den beiden Partnerkirchen in Ghana und Togo.
Die Initiative „Internationale Pflegeauszubildende in Lippe“ möchte internationale Personen für eine Ausbildung in der Pflege gewinnen. Das Programm achtet auf eine faire und ethisch verantwortliche Ausgestaltung. Eine enge Begleitung ist notwendig und garantiert – auch schon im Bewerbungsprozess.
Wir suchen keine fertig ausgebildeten Personen, sondern Menschen, die nach der Schule ihre Ausbildung und spätere Berufstätigkeit als Pflegekraft in der Diakonie Lippe anstreben. Es gibt einen engen Kontakt nach Ghana und Togo über die Norddeutsche Mission.

There are many places in Germany where skilled nursing staff are needed. This is the case also in diaconal institutions in Lippe, particularly in the care for the old aged.
At the same time, there is high youth unemployment in some countries of the Global South and therefore also young people who may be interested in working in the care sector in Germany. For example, we work together with the Norddeutsche Mission and the two partner churches in Ghana and Togo.
The initiative "International Nursing Trainees at Diakonia Lippe" aims to attract international people to bne trained in nursing. The programme is designed to be fair and ethically responsible. Close support is necessary and guaranteed - even during the application process.
We are not looking for people who are already nurses, but for people, who want to be trained and later work as nurses in Diakonia in Lippe. There is close contact with Ghana and Togo via the Norddeuktsche Mission.

Des apprentis infirmiers internationaux à la Diakonie de Lippe
En Allemagne, on recherche à de nombreux endroits du personnel qualifié dans le domaine des soins. Dans les institutions de la Diakonie de Lippe, c'est surtout le cas dans les soins aux personnes âgées.
En même temps, dans certains pays du Sud global, il y a un taux de chômage élevé chez les jeunes et donc des jeunes qui pourraient être intéressés par le travail dans les soins en Allemagne. Nous travaillons par exemple avec la Norddeutsche Mission et les deux églises partenaires au Ghana et au Togo.
L'initiative "Internationale Pflegeausbildende in der Diakonie Lippe" vise à attirer des personnes internationales pour une formation dans le domaine des soins. Le programme veille à ce qu'il soit équitable et éthiquement responsable. Un accompagnement étroit est nécessaire et garanti - y compris dès le processus de candidature.
Nous ne cherchons pas des personnes déjà formées, mais des personnes qui, après l'école, souhaitent poursuivre leur formation et exercer plus tard une activité professionnelle en tant que personnel soignant au sein de la Diakonie de Lippe. Il existe un contact étroit avec le Ghana et le Togo via la Norddeutsche Mission.
